Born and raised under the sun-kissed skies of Southern California, Janay Michele is the vibrant voice behind Lifestyle University. A proud Howard University alum, MBA, Air Force veteran, and current PhD candidate (because why not?), she brings a dynamic mix of brains, boldness, and bad-assery to every episode.
With passport stamps from 41 countries (and counting), Janay is a global citizen on a mission to live life to the fullest—and help you do the same. When she’s not sipping craft brews she brewed herself or hitting the golf course, you’ll catch her cheering for her beloved Lakers and 49ers like her life depends on it.
